A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Aisha.

Yoga teacher. Technology leader. Maker of tiny things. Keeper of entirely too many plants.

My yoga story started before I owned a mat.

My relationship with yoga actually began off the mat. I first encountered yoga as a college student, learning about its history, philosophy, and traditions—years before I ever walked into a yoga studio.

Later, physical practice became part of my life, and eventually that winding path brought me to becoming a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200).

There are a lot of ways to find your way to yoga. This was mine.

My practice doesn’t need to become your practice.

You don’t need to practice like I do, know what I know, or arrive on the mat as any particular version of yourself.

My role isn’t to make your practice look like mine. It’s to create a thoughtful, welcoming space where you can move, breathe, explore, rest, get curious—and enjoy what yoga can be for you.

That, to me, is teaching.

When we meet on the mat, I’ll hold space for you:

ROOM TO EXPLORE
Options rather than expectations. We’ll notice what works, get curious about what doesn’t, and leave room for your body to have a say.

THOUGHTFUL PRACTICE
Whether we’re moving through Vinyasa, settling into Restorative, or wandering into a StoryFlow, there’s intention behind where we’re going.

A PLACE FOR YOU
You don’t have to be flexible, experienced, particularly coordinated, or even completely sure yoga is your thing yet.

ENOUGH ABOUT ME.

What do you need from your mat today?

Come as you are.

I saved a mat for you.
