WELCOME
I Saved a Mat for You.
You spend a lot of your life taking care of what needs to be done—at work, at home, for your family, and for the people and things that depend on you. This is a little time to show up for yourself.
You don’t have to accomplish anything here. Come move, breathe, quiet some of the noise, and spend a little time reconnecting with the person underneath everything you carry.
My classes are thoughtful, welcoming practices with room to explore what your body and mind need today—whether that’s movement, challenge, stillness, release, or simply 45 minutes that belong to you.
Come as you are. During our time together, there’s nowhere else you need to be and nothing else you need to take care of.
VINYASA FLOW
In Person + Live Online
Movement • Breath • Exploration
A fluid, breath-led practice for bodies that want to move and minds that could use somewhere to land. We’ll flow through creative sequences that invite strength, mobility, balance, and exploration—giving you space to notice what feels good, discover your sticky places, and get lost in the rhythm of movement and breath.
RESTORATIVE RECHARGE
In Person + Live Online
Rest • Release • Restore
Let yourself be supported.
Slow things all the way down. Through gentle movement, supported shapes, longer holds, and intentional stillness, we’ll give the body a chance to soften and the mind permission to settle. This is a practice for releasing some of what you’ve been carrying, and spending a little time doing less—not achieving, performing, or pushing. Just breathing, resting, and being here.
STORYFLOW
In Person + Live Online
Story • Movement • Experience
Step onto the mat. Into the story.
Some stories are meant to be experienced. StoryFlow practices weave movement, music, and storytelling into immersive yoga journeys inspired by the seasons, holidays, traditions, and stories that give us reason to gather, reflect, or simply have a little fun.
Each experience is different. We might wander through something mysterious in October, celebrate the turning of a season, explore an old tale through movement, or simply follow a story somewhere unexpected.
NOT SURE WHERE TO START?
You Don’t Have to Know Yet.
You don’t need to know your yoga style, recognize the names of poses, or decide exactly what kind of practice you need.
Maybe you want to move. Maybe you need to slow down. Maybe you’re simply curious about what yoga could feel like in your life.
That’s enough.
Take a look at what’s coming up, choose something that speaks to you, and come as you are. I’ll meet you on the mat.
