AishaYoga is a trade name of Karya Yoga LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“AishaYoga,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the AishaYoga website, register for classes or events, purchase passes, memberships, subscriptions, or other services, or otherwise interact with offerings provided by AishaYoga.

By completing a purchase or registration through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Classes, Events & Reservations

Registration is required for classes and events unless otherwise stated. Space may be limited, and your place is not guaranteed until your reservation has been successfully completed.

Some classes and events may use assigned mat locations or other reserved spaces. When available, you may select your preferred location during registration. AishaYoga may adjust mat locations when reasonably necessary for safety, accessibility, room configuration, or event operations.

Class schedules, instructors, locations, formats, and other event details may occasionally change. When a material change affects an existing reservation, AishaYoga will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by class, event, pass, membership, subscription, package, or other offering.

Payment is due at the time of registration or purchase unless the applicable offering is specifically provided at no charge.

Discounts, promotional offers, complimentary classes, and coupon codes are subject to their stated eligibility requirements and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

Promotional & Complimentary Offers

AishaYoga may occasionally offer complimentary classes, introductory offers, discounts, promotional pricing, or other incentives.

Such offers may be limited to particular customers, classes, events, dates, or services and are subject to any eligibility requirements stated with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional and complimentary offers have no cash value, may not be transferred, and may not be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

Passes, Memberships & Subscriptions

AishaYoga may offer class passes, memberships, subscriptions, packages, or similar programs that provide access to designated classes, events, services, or other benefits.

The specific benefits, eligible offerings, price, billing frequency, and other features of each plan will be described at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a pass, membership, or subscription does not automatically reserve a place in a class or event. Reservations may still be required and remain subject to availability and capacity.

Benefits apply only to the classes, events, services, or other offerings identified as eligible for the applicable plan and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash unless expressly permitted.

If a plan renews automatically, the applicable price and billing frequency will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Recurring plans will continue to renew until canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to that plan.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not ordinarily provide a refund for a billing period that has already begun. Access to plan benefits may continue through the end of the applicable paid period unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, Transfers & Refunds

Single-Class Reservations. Unless otherwise stated for a particular offering, single-class purchases are nonrefundable. If you need to change your plans, you may request to reschedule your reservation by contacting AishaYoga at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of your class.

An eligible reservation may be rescheduled once to another AishaYoga class of equal or lesser value occurring within 90 days of the original class. Any difference in value is not refundable or available as a credit. A reservation that has already been rescheduled may not be rescheduled again.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class and missed classes or no-shows are forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refund.

Saturday Class Pass. An active Saturday Class Pass provides access to one version of the corresponding weekly practice: the Saturday in-studio class or the corresponding Sunday live-online class. It does not include both versions of the same weekly practice.

Saturday Class Pass members may choose the Sunday live-online class without first reserving a Saturday mat. If a Saturday mat has already been reserved, that reservation must be released at least 24 hours before the Saturday class in order to use the Sunday live-online alternative.

Attending the Saturday class, cancelling the Saturday reservation less than 24 hours before class, or failing to attend a reserved Saturday class does not provide access to the corresponding Sunday class as an additional or make-up class.

AishaYoga may establish different cancellation, rescheduling, transfer, or refund requirements for special events, limited-capacity programs, workshops, subscriptions, packages, or other offerings. Any different terms will be communicated with the applicable offering.

If AishaYoga cancels a paid class or event and an appropriate replacement or rescheduled session is not offered, affected customers will be eligible for a refund or other remedy communicated for that event.

Participant Responsibility

Yoga and other movement activities involve physical activity and carry inherent risks.

Participation in AishaYoga classes and events may be subject to the AishaYoga Participant Waiver & Release, which is separate from these Terms & Conditions.

Participants are responsible for determining whether a class or activity is appropriate for them, practicing within their individual abilities and limitations, and following applicable safety instructions.

Nothing provided by AishaYoga is intended to substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Virtual Classes & Events

For virtual offerings, participants are responsible for providing an appropriate and reasonably safe space in which to participate, as well as any equipment, technology, and internet connection necessary to access the class or event.

AishaYoga cannot inspect or control a participant’s remote environment.

Virtual offerings may experience interruptions or technical difficulties outside AishaYoga’s reasonable control.

Unless otherwise stated, access links or other credentials provided for virtual classes and events are intended only for the registered participant and should not be shared.

Class Recordings. When a recording is successfully created for a regularly scheduled Sunday live-online class, participants registered for that class will receive access to the recording for 7 days after the class.

Active Sunday Class Pass members will receive access to the recording of each regularly scheduled Sunday class covered by the pass, whether or not they registered for or attended the live class. Registration is still required to attend a class live.

Recordings are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. Technical difficulties, equipment failure, internet interruption, recording failure, or other circumstances may occasionally prevent AishaYoga from creating or providing a usable recording. The unavailability of a recording due to such circumstances does not constitute cancellation of the live class.

Class recordings are provided for the personal use of the recipient during the stated access period and may not be copied, downloaded where downloading is not expressly enabled, shared, distributed, published, reproduced, or otherwise made available to others.

Personal Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for providing accurate information when creating an account, registering for an event, or making a purchase.

You are also responsible for activity occurring through your account unless you have notified AishaYoga that your account or credentials may have been accessed without authorization.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, AishaYoga website content, class materials, written materials, original StoryFlow concepts and narratives, graphics, branding, recordings, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Karya Yoga LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, published, or commercially used without permission.

Participation in a class or event does not grant permission to record, reproduce, teach, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit AishaYoga’s proprietary materials.

Photography & Recording

AishaYoga may occasionally photograph or record portions of classes or events.

Where identifiable participants may appear in material intended for promotional or commercial use, appropriate notice and/or consent procedures will be used.

Participation in an AishaYoga class or event does not, by itself, constitute consent to the promotional or commercial use of a participant’s identifiable likeness unless otherwise clearly disclosed and agreed to for a particular event.

Participants may not photograph, livestream, or record other participants without appropriate permission.

Respectful Participation

AishaYoga is intended to provide a welcoming and respectful environment.

Disruptive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, unsafe, or seriously inappropriate conduct may result in removal from a class or event or restriction from future participation.

AishaYoga may also take reasonable action when necessary to protect the safety, privacy, or experience of participants, instructors, staff, or others.

Changes to Classes, Services & These Terms

AishaYoga may modify its schedules, offerings, prices, passes, memberships, subscriptions, policies, or services from time to time.

Changes will not alter the terms of a completed transaction where doing so would be inconsistent with applicable law or the terms presented at the time of purchase.

These Terms & Conditions may also be updated periodically. The version presented or otherwise applicable at the time of a transaction will govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
