 for what needs our attention. Through thoughtful movement\, steady breath\,
  and patient transitions\, we'll explore the quiet work of tending to ourse
 lves—noticing what needs support and giving it the time and care to grow 
 stronger.\n\nJoin me Saturday morning for a 45-minute Vinyasa Flow designed
  to build strength\, mobility\, balance\, and connection through thoughtful
 \, breath-led movement.\nOur flows shift with the seasons\, creating space 
 to explore different movements\, transitions\, and themes as we move throug
 h the year. During the Autumn Series\, we'll explore grounding\, gathering\
 , and gratitude—each practice building on the feeling of the season while
