  have to be willing to see what is already here—perhaps from a different 
 perspective.\n\nAs autumn deepens and Halloween draws near\, The Veil invit
 es you into a yoga practice where movement becomes part of the story.\nThro
 ugh a thoughtfully sequenced Vinyasa Flow\, music\, and guided storytelling
 \, we'll move through an immersive journey inspired by the mystery of the s
 eason—the spaces between what we know\, what we feel\, and what we're rea
 dy to leave behind.\nExpect a practice that builds and shifts as the story 
 unfolds\, with moments of strength\, balance\, stillness\, and release wove
 n throughout. You don't need to know the story in advance\, and you certain
 ly don't need to be an experienced yogi. Just bring your mat\, your curiosi
 ty\, and a willingness to see where the story takes you.\n Come for the yog

 Tea After the Story\nThis is our first AishaYoga Saturday together\, so we'
 re making a little extra room for connection. Our 45-minute StoryFlow runs 
 from 10:00–10:45 AM. Afterward\, you're invited to stay for tea and conve
 rsation until 11:15 AM\, learn what's ahead in the Autumn Series\, and get 
 to know the AishaYoga community. Staying afterward is completely optional.\
